When will I receive my card?
The processing and delivery time for your International Disability Card may vary. We will approve your application with 5 business days. Shipping takes about two weeks, but this depends on the country you live in. In some cases, it may take longer due to factors such as card availability or unforeseen complications in the application process.
The good news is that once your application has been processed and your card has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that the card is sent by international postal mail to the address provided in your application. This address cannot be changed after submission, and unfortunately, tracking is not available for the shipment.
